At BCM Rusk, we are proud to collaborate with our dedicated school staff and valued community partners to offer a wide variety of enriching physical education and after-school activities that support the growth and development of every student.

During the school day, all students participate in Physical Education (P.E.) classes that meet Texas state standards. These classes include engaging activities such as running and pacer challenges, jump rope programs, archery, scatterball, and outdoor nature exploration—promoting fitness, teamwork, and healthy habits.

Beyond the classroom, our after-school clubs provide students with additional opportunities to explore their interests and develop new skills. These clubs typically run from September through May and have included offerings such as robotics, soccer, Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), anime, cheerleading, cycling, and 5K running. Athletics-based clubs like soccer, softball, and cheerleading allow students to stay active while building camaraderie and school spirit.

We encourage students to take initiative when signing up and to stay informed about any required forms, fees, or supplies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
